SWITEK finished the inhouse testing of new 2 cavities 500g sweat box IML production by Yizumi high speed Hydraulic injection molding machine P380.
The new IML system tested is for the IML production of one of the 500g rectangular box sets for the sweat in the holiday seasons in India, it turned to a huge business with the advancement of IML technology and attracted more and more package producer to join the competition of the "SWEAT Holidays" package business. By testing the IML system before delivery, SWITEK will provide the customer with a ready to work turn-key IML Solution.
Although tested by the Yizumi high speed injection molding achine PAC380K3, the system would be in production by Milacron 280T Q-pack series high speed injection molding machine with a daily output of around 25,000sets of 500g rectangular IML containers with SWITEK SW8 series high speed IML Robot.
