The MA3000F is a high speed hydraulic injection molding machine of the MA series manufactured the Haitian group for the high speed production of the thin-wall packages. The 1L IML buckets with temper evidence and handle is now a very popular package of the "New Beverage" which is a mixture of fruit and Chinese tea with the name "Ton Ton Bucket". The HaiTian MA3000F is one of the high speed injection molding machine suitable for the IML production of 6 cavities buckets.

The video on show is the in production of a 6 cavities of 1L buckets with temper evidence and handle at the cycle time around 10s. Since it's the season of the iced fruit tea, the producer has 6 staffs to do the handle assembly and packing. To reduce the labour use and increase the production efficiency, an optional solutions is to have 2+2 (2 cavities buckets + 2 cavities handles mould layout) which the IML robot will have the handles fit into the buckets after pick them out.
The IML robot with bucket handle assembly is a custom made SW833-S6 of which a handle picking and assembly unit would be added to the side entry IML robot to finish the IML labeling and handle assembly. Why is BOLE BL530EKH an Ideal Injection Molding Machine for 20L IML Paints Pails Project?
BL530EKH is a hydraulic servo energy saving injection molding machine with a clamping force of 5300kN with BOLE central clamping toggle technology, which will have a higher clamping force efficiency against traditional edge clamping force and can save 2~5% material.
