The Side Entry IML Robot designed by Arge Robotik is an efficient IML system with the parts picking and labeling of the buckets done synchronous to achieve the highest productivity of the system. With perfect decorting and high safety, IML buckets around 1000cc is now very popular as the containers of food such as chocolate etc.

As a bucket with handle, the Arge system will have the handle of the buckets assembled manually while the new solution by SWITEK Automation will have the handle assembled automatically. As a turn-key automation system, SWITEK automation will provide the injection molding with the IML system to be well tested before delivery and ensure that the system you get is a ready to wrok one to reduce your system start up cost.
