New turn-key snack box + lids packing system started up with Hwamda hgih speed hydraulic injection molding machine and Shini injection robot and have the stacked snack boxs and lids picked by scara robot.
This is a typical injection automation application with two injection molding machines and robots, one injection molding machine/robot sets to produce the box and the other sets of injection molding machine/robot sets for lids with a SCARA robot as the transfer unit. The advantage of this solutions is it's simple and efficient for a small budget project.
To upgrade this system an optical vision control unit can be added to both side after the box and lids picked out from the injection molding machine to make sure that all the box and lids are quality products. Also for special requirem say snack box to be sold in supermarket a sticker labeling unit can be added to the system also.
