SWITEK new 2 cavities side entry IML system for 10L buckets IML production with handle assembly is approaching the finish of the structure assembly for in house testing before delivery.

The new robot is a custom made one for the 850T Zhafir full electric injection molding machine for the production of 2 cavities of 10L bucket with a special mold which will have the buckets and the handles packed in the same mold. For an IML bucket with handle, the solution of a mold with the buckets and handles integrated is the most economic solution for the IML bucket production.

For an IML project planning of handle buckets, the key point is the mold design and the IML system. Since the first system delivered on 2021 to Russia, SWITEK has now delivered more than 10 IML system of 2 cavities buckets with handle assembly from 1L to 10L buckets and working stablly. And the one on show Chinaplas 2024 with Yizumi is the fastest of 1L buckets 2 cavities IML solutions with handle assembly with a total cycle time of only 7s. As a productive system, the investor of the IML buckets producer is expected to earn his investment back in around 10 months. It's a real bargain, isn't it?
