The Driven by a SIEMENS control system and have the vision control unit integrated, the performance of the Haitian IML system is approaching their European counterpart.
Super Fast with Stable Running
Driven by SIEMENS control system with excellent mechnical structure design, the IML system was running at a cycle time around 4.5s, which is an excellent performance for the production of rectangular IML cheese with 5 face labeling, one of the most popular pacakging solutions for cheese among the dairy products producer around the world and showed freqnently in the exhibitions of injection machinery.
With Integration of Vision Control System in the IML Robot
As most of the IML systems on show K-show 2025 for dairy products, the Haitian IML System also has the vision control system integrated with the IML robot as other European IML solutions provider will do in their system design. The scheme will help to reduce the size of the whole IML system and minimize the floor space occupation.
