Yushin, the Japnanese robotic arm producer established in 1973, on show turn-key solutions of Toy Strongman assembly with top entry servo robotic arms at PlastImagen 2025 with the injection molding done by Arburg Allrounder Golden Electric all electric injection molding machine. The same system was on show NPE 2024 in Olando, USA.
The high lights of the system is that the parts for the strong man (Arms, Legs, Head, Body) were perfectly integrated into one mold and ensure the precision of each parts to ensure a perfect assembly. It's a challenge of the balance of the hotrunner and the cooling system design of the mold to ensure the balance of the plastic flow and cooling of parts to have a perfect shrinkage of each parts of the strong man.
The assembly of the Strongman is a perfect demonstration of the cooperation of gantry robotic arms in a complex application of automation such as assembly of which will mostly done by a 6 axis servo industrial robot. It's a combination of the precise movable control technology of the robotic arms, the application of the cylinder and cutting edge end of arm tooling design technology.
