It's very lucky to be the representative of GuangDong SWITEK Technology Co., Ltd. in VietnamPlas 2025, the largest exhibition of Plastic Industry in the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam held in Ho Chi Minh city. As a sales of the robotic and automation solutions for injection molding, this is my second time to visit Viet Nam and VietNamPlas since 2019, I learned a lot of the injection molding industry from VietNamPlas 2025 and have a better understanding of the IML technology development in VietNam.
As a South-east country, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has an average temperature of 23°C ~ 25°C and cold drink is very popular among the Vietnamese. We can see that there're coffee shops alone the street and the cold drinks go alone with the meals, which means that there're a huge Potential of IML beverage cups market because an IML beverage cups has a much better quality compared to the thermo-forming cups and is a better choice for the premium brands.
In VietnamPlas 2025, the only IML solution on show is the single cavity 5L bucket IML solution by WELLTEC with their all electric injection molding machine 423SEc/e. Although the single cavity side entry IML solution doesn't show up much new technology of IML production for bucket, but the shining lable of the bucket attracted the attention of the visitors, which was provided by the Chinese IML label producer ZheJiang ZhongYu Science and Technology Co., Ltd.(YZY). Not only YZY, nearly all the key IML label producers in China showed up in the show which include ZheJian Jinyan, JianShu HanLi, Jiangsu Tesion Print. They're representing the top technology of IML label producing in China. Two Cavities Buckets IML Solution with Handle Assembly 
Since the US president Mr. Trump started the tariffs war in 2018, many Chinese entrepreneurs are probing the possibility of having Vietnam as the springboard to the US market and Vietmanese government attracted many investment from China since then. But the new policy of tariffs make it seems not an easy way. And with more investment form China, the shortage of quality labour force and different culture seems the hurdle to attract more Chinese entrepreneurs to set up branches in China. But anyway, as the neighbouring country to China, Vietnam is still one of the largest potential market in South-east Asia.

Why is BOLE BL530EKH an Ideal Injection Molding Machine for 20L IML Paints Pails Project?
BL530EKH is a hydraulic servo energy saving injection molding machine with a clamping force of 5300kN with BOLE central clamping toggle technology, which will have a higher clamping force efficiency against traditional edge clamping force and can save 2~5% material. But, the most attractive feature of this machine to an IML Paint Buckets projector is its opening stroke: 850mm.
For any IML projectors of 20L IML paint buckets the opening stroke is very important to compose an IML system economically. With an opening stroke of 850mm it means that this BL530EKH is suitable for the IML production of most paint buckets with a height < 350mm. It'll have most of the 20L paint buckets included. Compared to its counter part of which mostly would be injection molding machine > 600T, it would be a big budget saving.
