The Q-Accupack 280 is a high speed toggle injection molding machine designed for the exceptional packaging performance by Micron with a clamping force of 2800kN and an injection rate up to 1672cc/sec. Have the machine base height reduced, the Q-Accupack 280 provides better toggle kinematics during high speed molding. The 3 way part drop provides better access to the molded parts. The Q-Accupack 280 also provide smooth mold opening and closing cycles with heavy molds and at high speed. The platen support has been made stronger with 20% less deflection in the part drop area, which will help to reduce dry cycle time and enhance productivity.

How is the SWITEK IML System for 2 Cavities Butter Box with 2 Lables Designed?
IML Containers with 2 lables will provide more space for the dairy products producers to design their pattern and provide more detailed description of their products, but with one more label it'll make the design of the IML system much more complex.
