SWITEK SIDE ENTRY PETRI DISH INJECTION AUTOMATION SYSTEM is the automation system designed for the injection producdtion of petri dish in a clearn room from the parts picking, assembly, packing and date printing automatically. Petri Dish Packing System -- Picking Arm
The robot arm will drive the EOAT for petri dish picking in and out the injection molding machine to pick out the petri dish and pass them to the turning unit. For a better stacking of the petri dish, the EOAT will pass the Ionizing air blower for static discharging.

The robot arm drop the caps and bottom of the petri dish to the caps fixing EOAT and bottom EOAT respectly → the servo motor drive the caps fixing EOAT over the bottom EOAT and release the caps to finish the assembly of the petri dish.
The sampling unit will entry the parts dropping area to receive one shot ofthe petri dish samples when the sampling button clicked.
Petri Dish Packing System -- Stacking Unit
The well assembled petri dishes would be dropped to the parts receiving EOAT,and the servo motor will drive the parts receiving EOAT lower down the height of the petri dish until 20 sets of the petri dishes stacked.
Petri Dish Packing System -- The Delivery Unit
The delivery unit of the petri dish packing system will deliver the well stacked petri dish to the lift unit to be bag packed, and it will also serve as the warehouse of the well stacked petri dishes for them to be packed one stack after another.
Petri Dish Packing System -- Sleeve Pulling and Sealing Unit
The PE sleeve is a better solutions in petri dish packing. In SWITEK side entry petri dish packing system we have the pulling of the sleeve controled by servo motor to ensure the precisize length cutting of the sleeve. The position of the knife and sealing unit can be adjusted for different packing scheme.
Petri Dish Packing System -- Date and Lot Printing Unit
The printing unit here in the petri dish packing system will enable the producer to print the production date and lot number of the petri dish on the bag of the petri dish. It's an optional function but very important to most of the producers of the petri dish.

Why is BOLE BL530EKH an Ideal Injection Molding Machine for 20L IML Paints Pails Project?
BL530EKH is a hydraulic servo energy saving injection molding machine with a clamping force of 5300kN with BOLE central clamping toggle technology, which will have a higher clamping force efficiency against traditional edge clamping force and can save 2~5% material.
