1. Check that all safety door switches are functionally working properly.
2. Check the water accumulation in the air filter and verify that the aire pressure is within the specified range.
3. Check if the belts are in the right position or if there's any damage to the belts.
4. Check and clean the linear guide rails to remove dust and debris.
5. Check if there's any rusty on the surface of the linear guide and ensure a proper lubrication of the linear guides
6. Check if the static system and the EOAT of the IML robot are working with labels picked properly.
7. Check if there's any label dropping and the labels picked properly.
8. Keep the IML robot clean and tidy.
1. Check the working condition of all the pneumatic cylinders if there's any air leakage, loose screws or damagedfloating joints.
2. Check all the pneumatic fittings if there's any abnormal air blowing or leakage.
3. Check if there's any wearing or broken of the air pipes and cables inside the drag chain.
4. Check if all the sensors are working properly and well fixed.
1. Keep all the linear guide rails of SX, SM, SF and MZ axis well lubricated.
2. Lubricate all the linear shafts and guide rails .
3. Check whether the function of the emergency stop (E-stop) button are normal.
4. Check that the vacuum pressure gauges rturn to zero when idle (Below -60kPa While Working) .
5. Check the function of the hydraulic buffers .
6. Check all the axis and pneumatic cylinders if there's any positional offset, abnormal sound or jerk motion .
1. Check the tension of the belts and if there's any damage to them.
2. Power off, and check all the components and wires in the cabinet are well fastened, tidy, free from damamge and freign objects.
3. Check whether the cooling fans are working properly with clean cover.
4. Clean the vacuum pump filter

prohibited except the replacing of the sensors, the suction cups, grippers and solenoid valves etc.
