We can find that nearlly all the IML cups for diary products on show K2025 are ultra thin-wall containers with thickness around 0.35mm with a perfect concentricity produced at an ultra fast injection speed. It represent a breakthrough in mold processing technology, high speed injection molding technology and a perfect control system for the IML system and the capacity to have them integrated as a uniformed system and working efficiently.
Have the Vision Control System Integrated as Part of the IML Robot

It'll not only release the staffs from the handle assembly job but also a full implentation of the TQC process to ensure the quality of the buckets produced.

Will rPET a Substitution to the Traditional PP IML Yogurt Cups?
In K-Show 2025, Pages cooperating with ENGEL on showed a 6+6 stack mold rPET IML solutions with vision control and have the cups picked and stacked by a Delta robot with auto-carton loading. With excellent transparency recyclability, the rPET is regarded an eco-friendly solutions for food package. With increased efficiency and reduced system cost in the future, will it be a replacement of the PP in the as the No. 1 material for dairy containers production?
How Far is the Chinese IML Solutions Provider from Their European Competitors?
As the sales man of SWITEK Automation, one of the leading providers of China since 2017, to be frankly I'd say that compared to our European competitors we're far behind them regarding the system efficiency especially the IML solutions with vision control and auto-packing for the bulk production of single products in bulk quantity but we're providing a more dynamic IML solutions which is more friendly to small and medium sized producers of IML containers with limited budgets. I think ideology behind the IML system design is based on two completely different culture and market. For European people they're enjoying a stable life but while in China, the Chinese especially the young are always pursuing something NEW so the dairy products producers are replacing the package design every season. So a FAST CHANGEABLE structure of the IML robot is the basic requirement of the IML system.

Why it's not recommended to have an IML solution with more than 4 cavities for containers which request a wrap+bottom labeling?
For an IML container which request a wrap + bottom labeling will need 2 labels and request a reverse injection technology. With two labels means that there would be 2 sets of magazines and mandrel to stock and pick the labels for the containers. A four cavities design of the mold there would be sufficient space in the IML robot to fit in the extra magazines, but for more cavities mold design the size of the magazine will exceed the limit of the IML robot and will reduce the efficiency of the robot. It would not be an ideal solutions for Wrap + Bottom IML Solutions
