SWITEK engineer finished the testing of high speed 3 axis servo robotic arm SW7112DS in picking of 36 cavities spoons with the injection molding done by HD 290L at Ningbo Haida Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd., which is the final testing of a turn-key cutlery production system before delivery.
The HD290L is a high precision servo injection molding machine with a clamping force 2900kN manufactured by Ningbo Haida Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. which is one of the earliest injection molding machine manufacturer in China established in 1992. With enhanced clamping mechanishm and optimized linkage mechanism to have a faster and smooth operation, Haida HDL series high precision servo injection molding machine is designed for the precise injection molding production of universal plastic parts.
