Sumitomo Demag on show EI-Exis SP420-2500 Hybrid injection molding machine with turn-key solution of recycled PET container IML production at PlastImagen 2025 of which the IML solutions provided by StackTeck automation.
The EI-Exis series of injection molding machine is the Ultra-High-Speed Hybrid injection molding machine manufacturered by Sumitomo(SHI) Demag. Of which with the intelligent drive system knows no compromises betweeen maximum performance and minimum energy consumption, the EI-Exis series of Hybrid injection molding machine is the most advanced and fastest injection molding machine on the machine for the high speed production of thin-wall IML packages.
Not only the EI-Exis hybrid injection molding machine, the StackTeck IML robot is also a most advanced IML solutions available for the IML production of recycled PET containers. The IML system have the IML robot, the vision control unit and the stacking unit well integrated to provide clients with a turn-key automation solutions of rPET containers IML production.
Anyway, most of the IML dairy products containers are still made of PP, of which has a much lower cost of IML system purchasing.
