Tips for a Top Entry IML System with MA1600
- As a small size injection molding machine, the size of the parts produced by MA1600 would be a small sized one, and the size of the robotic arms for the IML system would be limited. The suitable robotic arms would be the 3 axis servo injection robot SW6308S or SW7110S which has a payload of 3kg and vertical stroke 800~1000mm.
- The height of the parts producable. Since the mold opening stroke of MA1600 is only 430mm, it's not suitable for the IML production of a plastic parts with a height (thickness) more than 140mm.
- As a standard servo injection molding machine with an injection rate up to 235g/s, it's not suitable for the production of thin-wall containers like snack box, cups etc.
- To ensure the success of an top entry IML system, please prepare the details of the injection molding machine, the 3D drawing of the mold (.stp/x_t) and the 3D drawing of the parts.
