1000T 射出成形機用に設計された新しい SWITEK サイド エントリ ロボット SW866 は、社内テストの準備が整っており、SWITEK Automation がこれまでに製造した中で最大のサイド エントリ IML ロボットです。
この新しいロボットは、1000T の射出成形機で 55L の 2 区画 IML ゴミ箱を生産するように設計されています。異なるタイプのラベルが付いたゴミ箱を生産するために、金属製ラベルの静電気を充電するための長方形の外部静電気充電リングが取り付けられています。また、コンテナの積み込みに便利なように、IML ロボットの本体も分離可能な設計になっています。つまり、配送中に IML ロボットの本体を 2 つの部分に分離し、工場の作業場で再組み立てすることができます。
