K Fair 2022, KraussMaffie on show turn-key solutions of plastic cages for modern logistic by their precisionMolding 160-750 injection molding machine.

As one of the world's leading manufacturers of injection molding machines founded in 1838, KraussMaffei injection molding machine represented the top technology in plastic molding. The solution on show K Fair 2022 is a full automation system for the production of logistic cages which include the injection molding machien (PrecisionMolding 160-750), a gantry picking robot and a scara robot to finish the folding of the cages produced. With this system it's possible to produce a logistic plastic cage automatically.

To reduce ths system cost, an optional solution would be to have the picking gantry robot replaced by SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW7518DS which is a robot with a payload up to 15kg and suitable for injection molding machine from 550T ~ 1000T. It's also possible to be upgraded to an 5 axis sero injection robot with the pneumatic posture replaced by an A/C servo posture for complex application. Anyway, SW7518DS is an injection robot of reliable with flexibility for your injection automation application.
