Arge declared that they have top entry IML robot finished the cycle of 2 cavities 2 litter pails IML production in 6 seconds.

The video released seems a top entry IML robot by ARGE 3 axis servo robot in production of 2 cavities 2Litter buckets in a Haitian MARS2 injection molding machine. Although the system have the pails free dropped but not picked by the robot arm to reduce the overall in mold time, but its still doubtful is it truely that the total cycle time is 6s or only the in mold time is 6s. That would be totally different to the productivity of the system.

As we know, Haitian MARs series is a standard high precision servo injection molding machine but not a hgih speed hydraulic injection molding machine. For 2 cavities 2 litter pails IML production by a high speed hydraulic injection molding machine made in China, the average cycle time would be around 13seconds. It would be a balance for a 380T high speed injection molding machine with SWITEK IML Robot to have your investment back in around 6~8 months. As for ARGE top entry IML system, maybe it can finish the cycle time of 6s, but impossible to be with Haitian MARs series servo injection molding machine.
