SWITEK new 4 cavities 250ml cups side entry IML robot is having in house testing before delivery at a total cycle time of 5.0s.

The new IML robot is a high speed solutions of IML cups production for the dairy products. It's custom made from the SWITEK SW8 series of side entry IML robot with a stacking unit of which will collect 4 cavities of parts before have the parts stacked on the conveyor. The new designed stacking unit will enable the IML containers producer to maximize the loadibility of the conveyor surface and reduce the frequency of parts collecting.

With an experienced R&D team of IML solutions, SWITEK is willing and able to provide custom made IML systems according to the request of our customer which include the special designed structure, to have the vision control system integerated to the IML robot, the custom made color of the IML robot etc. SWITEK will also provide you with an OEM/ODM service of IML automation system.
