GH Automation Side Entry IML robot installed in the production of 1 cavity 20L bucket with two steps side entry IML solutions to reduce the overall investment of the injection molding machine.

With the advancement of the IML technology, the cost of the IML robot is getting lower with an increased productivity. The two steps IML solution by GH automation is a common practice which request a smaller opening stroke of the injection moldign machine to enable the 20L buckets to be IML produced in a machine with a clamping force of 650~750T. It's a comprimise of the IML production efficience against the investment of the facilities to make the production of the IML buckets at a more competitive price.

The counter parts of the GH solution is SWITEK IML Robot SW850, which is a side entry IML Robot custom made for the deep cavity large size containers for injection molding machine from 450~800T.
