To have a metallic label decorated pail as the package is getting more and more popular among the paint producers in China. The shinning metallic label will make their products premium against the IML bucket with pear or other type of labels. But as a conductor, it's not easy to have the label well static charged for in mold labeling. To solve the proble, the SAMFACC top entry IML system installed a static charge ring just above the injectio molding machine to ensure that the label would be well static charged before in mold labeling. Which is a regular solution for top engry IML system for containers with metallic label.
