High speed hydraulic injection molding machine is a very popular solution for the production of small size Yogurt cups. It's a combination of low budget investment + high productivity. For small size Yogurt cups a side entry IML robot will yield a much higher productivity compared to the the top entry counter part at a total cycle time 5~8s with a total investment around $215000 to achieve a perfect balance of investment and productivity.

In this project the side entry IML robot is provide by Welllih, it's counter part is SWITEK high speed side entry IML robot SW833-19. With modular design, it's convenient for the replacement of magazines and EOAT for fast mould change and start up.
