The new FORZA series two platen injection molding machine FA1400 by Ningbo LK Technology Co., Ltd. was installed for the production of plastic chairs with robot picking.

For furniture production it's demanding on the surface of the parts with novelty design. With precise injection the new FORZA series two platen injecdtion molding machine FA1400 can produce the perfac injection surface to meet the stringent requirements in furniture production. With a heavy duty injection robot to provide a turn-key plastic chairs production to customer.

For an injection molding machine of 1400T clamping force, an injection robot with a payload of 15kg would be sufficient for the parts picking. The robot for this application would be SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW7518DS which has a payload of 15kg and is suitable for injection molding machine 650~1800T.
