G3 Automation On Show 4 Cavities Cups Side Entry IML Solutions at the Cycle Time of 4.8s with Sumitomo Demag Injection Molding Machine in Plastico Brasil 2023.

The IML solution on show Plastico Brasil 2023, the largest exhibition for injection facilities in Brasil, is a basic IML solutions aiming at the fast production of the small sized cups for Yogurt etc. Working together with the injection molding machine from Sumitomo Demag, the IML robot of G3 Automation finished the production at a cycle time of a little bit more than 4.8s, which is excellent in production of this kind of basic cups for containers. As a basic IML solutions, G3 Automation didn't have the function of vision control included in the system.

The counter part of G3 Automation in China SWITEK Automation working with the 2nd largest injection molding machine manufacturer of China Yizum onshowed another IML solution in production of similar cups at the cycle time of 2.1s in K-2019. It's a combination of the SW8 Series of high speed IML Robot by SWITEK Automamtion and the All Electric Injection Molding Machine by Yizume, which created the amazing production speed of cups in 2.1s. It's one of the fastest IML solutions around the world.
