Lisong Machinery started its new high speed injection molding machine LS288G6 up with a 32 cavities spoons injection solutions.

LS288G6 is the 6th generation of high speed hydraulic injecion molding machine for thin-wall package production. It's one of the price smart high speed injection solutions for IML solutions, cutlery injection production etc. In this project the producer choose to have the spoons dropped freely, but for cutlery a better solutions would be to have the parts picked with a high speed High Speed Injection Robot and put it on the conveyor.

Beside robotic arm picking, the Cutlery Automation Solutions include spoon/forks folding, single pieces packing, multi-pcs bag packing and box packing etc. custom made according to the requirement of the customer.
