Arge top entry IML robot installed for the production of IML pails with parts dropped freely.
The ARGE top entry IML robot for pail IML production is a price smart solution to have the pails produced in a smaller injection molding machine but have the finished parts free dropped. Since the production of an IML pails request the robots to pick the parts and place the label synchronous or asynchronously, it request a much wider opening stroke of the injection molding machine compared the producton of unlabeled bucket. But the asynchronous two steps system will increase the in mold time. A top entry solution with the IML pails free dropped would be a compromise of the production efficiency and the parts quality.
