The solution on show K Fair 2022 is a full automation system for the production of logistic cages which include the injection molding machien (PrecisionMolding 160-750), a gantry picking robot and a scara robot to finish the folding of the cages produced. With this system it's possible to produce a logistic plastic cage automatically.
To reduce ths system cost, an optional solution would be to have the picking gantry robot replaced by SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW7518DS which is a robot with a payload up to 15kg and suitable for injection molding machine from 550T ~ 1000T. It's also possible to be upgraded to an 5 axis sero injection robot with the pneumatic posture replaced by an A/C servo posture for complex application. Anyway, SW7518DS is an injection robot of reliable with flexibility for your injection automation application.
