About Plastic Recycling Crusher

Plastic crusher is a recycling machine of plastics to have the plastic pieces to small particles to be blended with the origin resin for the production of new plastic parts. There're 3 types of different plastic crushers available in the market:

Slow silent shredder is designed for the immediate recycling of hard/crisp plastic parts and blended the recycled material to the new resin in plastic parts production (eg. have the sprue crushed and blended to the new resin immediately).
Medium-speed silent shredder is a small sized plastic recycling machine for the recycling of the plastic parts (eg. sprue) and have the crushed pieces immediately blended to the resin in production of the new plastic parts.

SWITEK new 4 cavities Burger King twin cup side entry IML robot well started for the IML production of the new twin cup for Burger King.

The new designed IML cup has two compartments which for a combo of two different snacks or chips with sauce, the unique designed bottom of the cup make it convenient to be stucked to somewhere while enjoy the delicious food. The Yelow/Red design label make it attractive to the consumers. But because of the joint line of the label is just at the center of the stucking center, it request that the IML system to provide a precise labeling in the cups production.

To ensure the labeling quality of the cups, SWITEK R&D team well studied the struct of the cup and the mold design and well optimized the design of the magazine to ensure the labeling precision. With the cooperating of R&D, the production and the after service team, the IML system started up successfuly for the bulk production of the twin-cups in Russia.
